In the fourth session of our ongoing webinar series, we take a closer look at the Batches Page and how it serves as the central hub for managing document processing in modern versions of Grooper.

For many long-time Grooper users, the transition to newer releases like Grooper 2025 brings not only new capabilities but also new ways of interacting with familiar concepts. This session is designed to help bridge that gap by exploring the Batches Page, where users monitor processing activity, manage workloads, and interact with production Batches throughout their lifecycle.

This 30-minute session explores how the Batches Page fits into the overall Grooper experience and how it compares to workflows users may be accustomed to in older versions. You will see practical examples of:

Monitoring Batch status and processing progress
Understanding how Batches move through Batch Processes
