In the sixth session of our ongoing webinar series, we take a closer look at the Data View of the Review activity and how it supports human validation within modern Grooper workflows.

The Review activity provides the attended portion of a Batch Process, allowing users to examine and correct information when automated processing requires verification. Its Data View gives reviewers an interface for reviewing and editing the index data collected during extraction.

This 30-minute session explores how the Data View fits into the overall review process and how the experience compares with workflows familiar to users of older Grooper versions. You will see practical examples of how reviewers can navigate extracted data, verify results against the source document, correct values when necessary, and complete their work so documents can continue through the Batch Process.

Rather than covering every available configuration option, this session focuses on helping experienced Grooper users understand the modern review experience. We’ll highlight what remains familiar, explain what has changed, and show how the Data View carries established data-review concepts into the web-based interface of newer releases.

This webinar continues our series designed to help customers prepare for the transition from older versions approaching the end of development support, providing the familiarity and confidence needed to move forward with Grooper 2025.
