In this month’s Dev Notes session, we continue our dive into Grooper’s Azure Document Intelligence integration. Last month, we explored using Azure Document Intelligence. Intelligence for OCR with the new Azure DI OCR engine. This month, we’ll focus on the DI Analyze activity and how it’s used by AI-enabled features such as AI Extract.
DI Analyze goes beyond traditional text recognition by analyzing the structure of a document itself. This structural analysis provides LLM-based operations with key details such as paragraph markers, section headings, and table structures—vastly improving results compared to providing AI with text data alone.
This 30-minute session further explores the Azure Document Intelligence integration in Grooper, with a focus on DI Analyze and where it fits within Grooper’s AI-based extraction capabilities.
