Accelerate Your Deployments with LLM Constructs
One of Grooper's most compelling new features is the extension of Grooper's Large Language Model (LLM) constructs. These constructs provide powerful avenues for accelerated project deployments. The new “AI Extract” Fill Method uses LLM models in a simplified way to fill in field data with minimal configuration required, and no need to be a prompt engineering expert. We've done the hard work for you.
Plus, GrooperAI now works with Azure LLMs and open-source LLMs in addition to OpenAI. That means you can run your own LLM if you prefer — never having to send your data to the internet — that's now possible with GrooperAI.
By leveraging OpenAI’s “assistants” API, we’ve also created a way for users can “chat with their documents”. This is a new way for researchers and reviewers to interact with document content.

New Search Page and “AI Search”
This gives Grooper users an efficient document search and retrieval mechanism. Users will be able to retrieve documents by searching both their full-text and extracted Data Model values. Users will also be able to apply Grooper activities and create Batches from the Search page, offering a new way to initiate document processing in Grooper.
Improved Scalability & Security Via Web Browser Exclusivity
This version cements our commitment to web development by fully removing the Grooper thick client. Starting in 2024, Grooper can only be launched using the web client from a browser. Why? Web deployments increase scalability, simplify access restrictions, and opens up Grooper to a whole new world of feature development possibilities.
